Frequently asked questions
Yes, every piece is hand-finished by Karen in her home studio. She’s the creative powerhouse behind the craft, and each design is made with care, intention, and a nice cup of coffee nearby!
As a small Yorkshire business, we make most pieces to order and keep only a small number pre-made. We aim to process orders within a couple of days, but occasionally it may take a touch longer while your jewellery is being lovingly made.If you need something urgently, pop us a message first, we’ll always let you know how quickly we can get it to you.
We work with Royal Mail, and we offer:
Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £95
£3.95 delivery on orders under £95
We don’t offer standard returns, as most pieces are made to order. But if something goes wrong beyond reasonable wear and tear, please let us know. We’ll repair it wherever we can, and if it can’t be fixed, we’ll make sure you receive a replacement.
Yes! If your order is a little pressie, you can add our gift wrap option at checkout, it includes a lovely gift bag and tissue wrap so it’s ready to give (or keep, if you’re treating yourself).
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We use REACH certified materials and prioritise recycled or recyclable components wherever possible, from our jewellery to our packaging. We’re always working towards being as close to zero waste as we can.
We use carefully selected materials and trusted suppliers. Details about each metal type can be found on our product pages, but many customers with sensitive skin find our pieces comfortable to wear.
We’ve put together a full Jewellery Care Guide on our website, but the short version is: Keep it dry, pop it on after your skincare, store pieces separately, and switch up your favourites regularly so they last longer. A gentle wipe with a clean, damp cloth works wonders if it picks up anything during the day.
If you’re dreaming of a particular colour, style, or combination, get in touch! We love helping customers create something unique, it’s one of the perks of being a small, hands-on brand.
