All of our pieces are currently made to order, just for you. Please allow up to 7 working days for your item to be made before it is dispatched.

Delivery

We're very happy to work with the Royal Mail for our delivery partner (the UK's most sustainable delivery option).

We offer free 48 Hour Tracked delivery on orders over £95.

£3.95 for 48 Hour Tracked delivery on orders less than £95.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email you your tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we don't typically accept returns. However, if you have any issues at all with your product, please email us at hello@ninetyonejewellery.co.uk and we'll do our best to put it right.
